Trạm 8

An ongoing commerce platform for a convenience retail business, covering web and mobile shopping experiences, product and order management, payment integration, operational tooling, and AI-assisted customer interactions.

Overview

Trạm 8 is an ongoing commerce platform for a convenience retail business, covering web and mobile shopping experiences, product and order management, payment integration, operational tooling, and AI-assisted customer interactions.

The goal is to let customers browse products, place orders and pay from their phone — on the web or inside Zalo, an app they already use — while keeping the online catalog consistent with the store’s existing point-of-sale system, and giving staff the tools to run it day to day.

Haivucomp handles the technical design and delivery of the platform, from the customer-facing applications to the backend, integrations and the infrastructure they run on.

What Haivucomp delivers

Web commerce application

A responsive web storefront for product browsing, search, cart and checkout, usable from phones and desktops.

Zalo Mini App

A mobile-first storefront inside Zalo, designed for quick repeat orders on a phone without installing a separate app.

Backend APIs and integrations

A backend that ties the storefronts, payments, messaging and the store’s KiotViet point-of-sale system together behind a consistent API.

Product and order workflows

Catalog, stock and order handling, plus internal tools for staff to manage orders and check that systems are in sync.

Payment integration

A short checkout path with order review and a payment flow, including handling of payment confirmation, callbacks and failure states.

AI customer assistant and knowledge retrieval

A chat assistant that helps customers find products and answers questions using retrieval over the store’s product and service information.

Deployment and infrastructure

Build, deployment and hosting of the platform’s services, set up so releases are repeatable and the system can be operated after launch.

Approach

  • Mobile first. Most orders are expected to come from phones, so layouts, tap targets and the checkout path are designed for small screens first.
  • Existing systems as the source of truth. The POS stays authoritative for products and stock; the online experience is built around it rather than replacing it.
  • Explicit failure handling. Payment callbacks, stock changes and integration errors are treated as normal cases to design for, not exceptions.
  • Operable by staff. Admin tooling is part of the scope from the start, so the system can be run day to day without developer involvement.

Status

Trạm 8 is in active development. Components are being built and integrated incrementally; this page will be updated with more detail as the project progresses.

Credentials, infrastructure details and customer data are intentionally not published. Visuals on this page are illustrative mockups, not screenshots of the live product.
