Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains what information is processed when you visit haivucomp.uk (the “website”) or contact Haivucomp by email. The website is intentionally simple, and so is this policy.
Summary
- The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- The website does not set its own cookies and has no user accounts.
- If you email us or use the contact form, we use your details only to reply and to handle your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a database.
Information processed when you visit the website
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives technical information with each request — for example your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser’s user-agent string. This information is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems. Server access logs are kept for a limited period (currently up to 14 days) and are then deleted automatically. They are not used to build profiles of visitors.
Fonts and other assets are served from this website itself; pages do not load scripts or resources from third-party analytics or advertising services.
Cloudflare
The website, its contact form and the @haivucomp.uk email addresses use Cloudflare for content delivery, security, form handling and email delivery. Cloudflare processes request data (such as IP addresses) to provide these services and may, in some situations, set strictly necessary security cookies — for example to distinguish people from automated traffic. These cookies are not used for advertising or analytics by Haivucomp. Cloudflare’s handling of data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, company, role, the systems you use, your preferred contact method and how you heard about us. A Cloudflare Worker checks the submission and forwards it to our inbox as an email; it is not stored on the website or in a database.
If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you and, if we work together, to manage that work. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not sell or share your details for marketing.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry or any resulting project, and delete it on request where we are not required to keep it.
Cookies
The website does not set its own cookies. Because there are no analytics or advertising cookies, there is no cookie banner. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any such tools are introduced.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If the way the website handles information changes, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will change.
